Our Hot 26 Yoga class –  the original hot yoga class – is the most healing therapeutic yoga class out there.  Even if you have injuries, pain in your body, or feel a little cranky in the joints, this class is for you.  You will feel better, lighter, more mobile after one class. You will sleep better and feel great. And it’s a kick a** workout too! Our HIIT class is a low impact, high intensity interval training class.  That means it’s gentle on the joints but super effective! Our interval training burns calories, boosts your metabolism, and builds strength fast. We work out in our bare feet and have a great time doing it! If you haven’t tried this active meditation practice before, I urge you to go for it. I love this practice -it’s challenging, mind opening, and POWERFUL!  It’s one of those practices you can’t explain exactly in words but at the same time is an experience to remember.  Our breath is a powerful tool that we hardly ever think about until we have to…like when we are working out, or when we are holding it.  This breathwork meditation practice taps into the power of the breath by guiding us into using it in a whole new way.  Keep reading to find out more and click on the link below to watch a quick video about my experience.  Consider joining us on Sunday January 26th! What is Breathwork? Breathwork is a physical, active form of meditation that uses a two-part breath to raise your vibrational level, move stuck emotional energy and facilitate connection with your Spirit.  What can you expect from a breathwork session?   We’ll open in a circle, do some grounding, and set intention – both through meditation and conversation. You’ll then lie down and engage in active breathwork while I encourage and guide you through affirmations, laughter, vocal release, and facilitate a deeper experience with natural inputs. On the Floor: Posture Clinic with Maureen

The floor series is the time in class where we are able to go deeper into our bodies.  It is what the standing series of class has prepared us for! Learn how to work with your body to gain the most benefit…including why backward bending and spine twisting are absolutely epic! WHY POSTURE CLINICS? Posture clinics are THE chance to ask all the things you’ve wanted to know about particular postures.  And it’s the chance for us teachers to give you all the details we simply don’t have time to always give in class. We slow it down and deep dive into each and every posture on the agenda. WHAT TO EXPECT The room will be warm, not hot. You will split your time between listening, watching, asking questions and feeling the posture in your body. Dress comfortably and ready to do a bit of the postures you love! Simply HOT AUGUST Challenge 2019

  Welcome to our August Challenge.  There is still time to join in! This month you can challenge yourself to do yoga on AND off the mat and win great prizes while your at it. Here’s what you gotta do: earn points! Yup, there are some rules to follow, and yup, it will take a bit of tracking and effort on your your part.  But you got this! Below you will see all the ways you can rack up those points to win! There will be weekly prizes drawn every Monday and a Grand Prize drawn on September 2nd.  Someone will win 1 MONTH UNLIMITED at Simply Hot Yoga + Fitness.  To join the challenge you have to have a current membership, class package, or Intro Month.  If you don’t, give us a call and we can sign you up. October 2018 Strength & Stretch Challenge

Sign up today.   Beginning Wednesday, October 10th take any combo of our HIIT classes and Bikram Yoga classes to build up your strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing! One of the best things about this challenge is you set your own goal.  Now is great time to think about your current frequency of practice, and turn it up a notch.  If you practice 1x a week, try 3, try 4, or more! Remember, you can do it if you plan it, schedule it, and commit. Incorporate both classes into your challenge to feel how these classes perfectly compliment each other. Bikram Yoga and HIIT are both accessible to every body at any fitness level.  As long as you try the right way you will receive 100% benefits! Its doesn’t matter how fast, how deep, or how far you go into any posture or exercise,  it only matters that you show up and give yourself the chance to practice!
