Join us for this months Family Yoga class. Kids have so much more stimulation and information in their lives than any previous generation and it’s up to us to help them find balance and unplug! What better way to introduce kids to a mindfulness practice than with yoga: moving their bodies, working with their breath, and calming the mind!
In this class we’ll practice for 1 hour, doing one set of each of the Bikram postures, and maybe some fun stuff at the end! The heat will be off for this class but you can expect the room to still be warm, so dress light!
Kids will practice with their adult chaperone, no child drop off. Kids 5 years old and up are welcome.
$14 drop-in for the kids
Free mat rental included
Adults use your regular class membership.
All children will need to have a waiver form completed for them by their adult chaperone. See the schedule below to book your class or please arrive 20 minutes early to the studio to register your child. Preregistration is not required.
