  • All times are starting time.
  • Every class is open to beginners, no experience necessary.
  • Express 60 is 60 minutes long.  Bikram 75 is 75 minutes long.  Hot HIIT is 60 minutes long. All others are 90 minutes. Be prepared to stay for entire class.
  • Latecomers will not be admitted.
  • Class schedules are subject to change.
