A challenging beginners yoga series designed to be accessible to anybody. The practice consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises all practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees. Build long lean muscles, burn fat and increase your cardio strength in this full body workout. Combining High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates principles you will see rapid results! Expect upbeat music and a room heated to about 95 degrees. Build a stronger core, improve circulation, improve your posture and increase strength throughout your body. It is low impact, protecting your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises.
