SATURDAY
8:30am | 10:30am Hot HIIT Pilates |  4:00pm

SUNDAY

  • All times are starting time.
  • Every class is open to beginners, no experience necessary.
  • Express 60 is 60 minutes long.  Bikram 75 is 75 minutes long.  Hot HIIT Pilates is 60 minutes long. All others are 90 minutes. Be prepared to stay for entire class.
  • Latecomers will not be admitted.
  • Class schedules are subject to change.
  • Although not required, preregistration for classes is encouraged.  Go here to register online.
